SpitAnger

SpitAnger

If you are into Southern/Groove Metal, this band might fit in. The danish branch of Pantera, the guys who do what they love – and do it quite good.

This is SpitAnger’s Self-titled Album – released this year – Hailing all the way from Denmark!

This album is a serious shakedown for those who excepted something less than a masterpiece, and those guys know what they do, and they do it on the best side of it.  The vocals are great on this album, hence it has both clean singing, shouting, growls, and even a Phil Anselmo-like singing.

Throught the album you will find pieces like Freedom, “Unfaithful”, “Wedding Day” and etc. Thought, the album ends up with a song named “Great Depression”, which is a great tune, but ends up all sudden and you can’t realize it’s the end of the album.

Overally, they released a great piece of the Genre, which won’t fall from the fathers – bands like Crowbar, Down, Pantera, Damageplan, and other good names.

10/10.
